Mums & Bubs Big Day Out

About every 6 months I take part in the Mums & Bubs Big Day Out hosted byt the Northies Hotel in Cronulla. It's a great morning out for all involved and there are some wonderful local businesses on display as well as prizes and giveaways. Booking are essential so be sure to pass this on to anyone you think may be interested in attending, the next date is Monday 3rd March 2008.

Only 2 weeks old......

Meet the gorgeous baby girl E and her big sis Miss I, who told me that her smile was tired when she didn't want any more photos! lol Master A, who is three, was rather camera shy and only wanted his photographs taken with his mummy! Miss I more than made up for his lack of willingness, she was quite the little model as was the beautiful lil baby girl

I can die a happy woman now!

my long held dream of seeing Bon Jovi has finally come true!!! and it was so much more then I ever dreamed it would be, now I know I sound like a 16 year old in love with a rock star, but truly they just blew me away...my ears were ringing for two days and I am still singing their songs 24 hrs a day in my head! About half way through the concert, Jon & Richie came down into the crowd onto a small stage about 1m sq to sing three songs....now the best part of this was that it was right next to us! I mean only 2 metres away!!!!!! well you can imagine the teenage girlish screaming coming from us slightly older than 16 year old mums lol

Seriously though, the whole night was just amazing and I have been on a high all week! I only wish I could do it all again next week :)

To some it may be a bit sad but................

tomorrow night I am finally going to get to see my all time favourite band, Bon Jovi!!!!!!!!! I cannot even begin to tell you how excited I am, this has been a long time coming. The last time they were in Australia, was in 2002 and Jeff & I were in Thailand on our honeymoon, I even tried to change the tickets to come back a day early to see them but no such luck. Anyway, less than 24 hours to go and I am there, with 4 girlfriends, we are going to have the most amazing night!!!! If I can sneak my camera in I will be sure to post a few pics, I'll be singing for days :)

I LOVE my job :)

Many people can never say they truly love their job, well I can. :) Look at Miss B, 5 days old, I could have taken photographs of her all day. D & R here is your gorgeous girl and of course your first spoilt fur baby!

Future Model In The Making

Last week I was lucky enough to stay for a few days with my friend and fellow photographer, Lisa Kelly. We had so much fun, lots of photography talk, good food, good wine and of course wonderful company! Now, her daughter Olivia is just gorgeous and was very very willing to model for me. And I can see why look at her!!!!! and she is just the sweetest lil thing too, my boys just loved her, as did I. Oh and she does have a son as well, who I didn't really get too many shots of, I am so used to my own boys, I was excited to have a co-operative model for once lol. Here are a few shots:

I had the pleasure of meeting this gorgeous lil 2 &1/2 year old on the weekend and her baby sister. Look at Miss I's hair! isn't she just adorable! and her lil baby sis, who is almost 3 weeks old wasn't too keen on sleeping for me right until the very end, we wore her out I think lol

More of my boys

I have been so busy with clients work that past 6 months that I have neglected taking any photos of my boys, one of my new years resolutions is to make more of an effort to get some good shots of them and actually print them and put them in an album, hopefully this is one resolution I will stick to lol

My Beautiful Boys

I was holding off on sharing this image as i printed and framed it quite large as a surprise for my mum & dad for Christmas, I love it so much that I also got one done for my wall. If you know my boys you would know how rare this is to get them together both paying attention and to get Jack hugging Alex is even more special. I will treasure this one for a long time, and I may be totally biased but I think they are pretty gorgeous!

this lil guy was my last session for 2007, what a way to finish what has been a wonderful year! thanks guys! he is 8 months old and what a sweetie, he was a lil unsure of me at first and was very serious but we managed some smiles afterall!

almost 12 months old

Meet D, he is turning 1 a few days before Christmas. Poor little guy is teething had been up several times during the night before our session, and his mummy was worried about how happy he would be for his photographs. Well you need not have worried C as he did great! Here are a few favs:

wow, she really was tiny, the smallest lil baby i have ever photographed/held before was 5.5lb, so little M was much smaller than that even. So gorgeous.....
